Principles of Purposeful Action and Leadership
|
The first component of a Corporate Leadership Development Program includes presentation of the Four Principles of Leadership, along with case studies of leaders and other business archetypes from a variety of corporate settings. Participants improve their understanding of individual and corporate responsibility using the core values of integrity, commitment, persistence, teamwork and communication. Based on the Four Principles of Purposeful Leadership and the Framework for Purposeful Action, this component teaches participants how to focus on aligning their energy to attain organizational and corporate goals that represent attainment of a shared vision.
The 12-Step framework is covered in detail, with examples, working tutorials and practice sessions. Extensive use is made of the BrookMaster Leadership Coaching Tool, and training materials, including field manuals, are provided. |

The on-site Corporate Leadership Development Program requires a minimum of six participants in order to facilitate group discussions and interactive learning sessions. Although individuals from affiliate groups may register for the on-site program, it is more suitable for sponsoring organizations and corporations.
The on-line Corporate Leadership Development Program is designed for individuals. You can attend this program from the convenience of your desktop or laptop computer at any time you desire, during a period of 90 days after you register.
