The second component of a Corporate Leadership Development Program covers the application of Purposeful Action to one or more special areas of interest to the sponsoring organization. Topics may include: employee morale, corporate responsibility, personal and corporate ethics, quality improvement, change management, project management, stress management, entrepreneurship, advanced leadership, product development, financial management, business planning, strategy, assessment and reward programs, development of a vision and mission, and leadership development.
Extensive use is made of case studies and group discussions, along with the BrookMaster Leadership Coaching Tool and individual and team-based problem-solving sessions. An optional exam is offered at the discretion of the sponsoring organization. |
The on-site Corporate Leadership Development Program requires a minimum of six participants in order to facilitate group discussions and interactive learning sessions. Although individuals from affiliate groups may register for the on-site program, it is more suitable for sponsoring organizations and corporations.
The on-line Corporate Leadership Development Program is designed for individuals. You can attend this program from the convenience of your desktop or laptop computer at any time you desire, during a period of 90 days after you register
